Corrections Policy

How shoppers, merchants, and partners can report inaccurate information and how DealsDasher handles meaningful corrections.

Tell Us What Looks Wrong

If you find an expired code, incorrect restriction, broken merchant link, wrong store information, outdated price, or another material problem, please report it through the available feedback tools or our contact page.

Include the store name or DealsDasher URL and explain what you observed. Do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive account information.

How We Review Corrections

We compare the report with the information available to us and decide whether the live content should be updated, clarified, removed, or reviewed again later. A single report can be useful, but it does not automatically rewrite public content.

AI-Assisted Maintenance

Artificial intelligence and other automated tools may help us find pages that need attention, organize correction information, or assist with drafting an updated version. Material corrections remain subject to the same expectation of accurate, shopper-focused content.

Corrections That Matter to Shoppers

We prioritize corrections that can change a buying decision, such as whether an offer is current, what it applies to, what a store sells, important restrictions, pricing details, or merchant policies. Small wording or formatting differences are less important than getting the substance right.

Good-Faith Corrections

DealsDasher may not agree with every requested change, especially where the evidence is conflicting or the requested wording would be promotional rather than factual. We aim to make corrections in good faith based on the information available.
